Refund Policy & System Requirements
Due to the nature of digital software and the fact that license keys cannot be deactivated once issued, Red Dot Studio does not offer refunds once a purchase is completed and the license key is delivered.
Try Before You Buy: If you are unsure which version of Windows you are using or if your system is compatible, it is best practice to download our free and fully functional demo version to test the software on your machine before placing an order.

System Requirements
- Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11
- Architecture: Compatible with both 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x64) systems (separate installers available)
- Dependencies: None (Standalone native application)
- Disk Space: 50MB for installation
- Internet: Required only for versions Pro and Elite which support AI tagging. The Standard version does not support AI tagging.
Note: Please ensure you download the correct installer (x86 or x64) for your specific Windows version. We highly recommend using the demo version to confirm compatibility prior to purchase.
