Please keep in mind that the quality of our work depends very much on the quality of the source files you send us. It is essentially important that you always send files recorded in the best possible quality. The best practice is to take photos in RAW format if your camera supports it. If not, then take photos in JPEG format with maximum quality settings. Also keep your images well focused and sharp enough.
All photos you send us passing through our quality control, and if some of them do not meet the required standards, those photos will not be retouched and will not be charged to you.
